This policy explains what information Six Figure Barber Academy collects when you visit sixfigurebarber.academy, how it is used, and who it is shared with. The site is operated by Top Tier Hair Studio LLC ("we", "us"), trading as Six Figure Barber Academy.
Information you give us directly
The marketing site does not require an account and does not ask you to register.
The free guide form on this site asks for an email address. When you submit it, that address is added to our mailing list, which is operated on our behalf by Kajabi, and the guide downloads to your device. We use it to send you occasional emails about the Academy. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time or email us to be removed.
When you click an enrol button you are taken to our course platform at learn.sixfigurebarber.academy, which is operated by Kajabi. Any account details and payment information you enter there are collected and processed by Kajabi, not by this website. We never see or store your card details.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use analytics and advertising tools that collect standard technical information: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the site or advertisement that referred you.
Cookies and similar technologies
We store a small amount of data in your browser:

To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the choice will be offered again.
Who we share information with

How long we keep it
Browser storage listed above lasts either for your session or until you clear it. Data held by Google, Meta, Kajabi and Netlify is retained according to their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email austen.kallas16@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is intended for working and aspiring barbers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
