These terms apply when you use sixfigurebarber.academy or enroll in Six Figure Barber Academy. The Academy is operated by Top Tier Hair Studio LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Six Figure Barber Academy is a self-paced online video course for working and aspiring barbers. Courses are sold in tiers. What each tier includes is described at the point of purchase.

The course is delivered through our platform at learn.sixfigurebarber.academy. You will need an account there and an internet connection to access it.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a course or book a call.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Kajabi, our course platform. Prices are shown in US dollars. Access is granted as soon as payment completes.

Monthly plans. Every tier can be paid in 4 monthly payments. The 4 payments add up to the same price as paying in full, with no interest, fees or added cost. The first payment is charged at checkout and the other three are charged automatically to the same card on the same date in each of the following three months. By choosing a monthly plan you authorize those charges. After the fourth payment, nothing more is charged. If a payment fails, we will let you know and your course access pauses until the payment goes through; it comes back as soon as it does. You can update your card in your account at learn.sixfigurebarber.academy or by emailing us.

Klarna and Afterpay. If you pay with Klarna or Afterpay, that payment plan is an agreement between you and them, on their terms and subject to their approval.

Refunds

Every tier carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

Results are not guaranteed

The Academy teaches methods that have worked for us. It is education, not a guarantee of income. Nothing on this site or in the course is a promise that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all.

Any example on the site that works through prices or numbers of cuts is simple math, not a projection of your earnings. Any student results shown are individual experiences and are not typical. What you achieve depends on your own effort, skill, market and circumstances, most of which are outside our control.

Student stories on the site are real people sharing their own numbers, shown with their permission. Some of them also worked with Austen one-on-one. If a student is ever paid or given anything for sharing their story, we say so next to it.

Launch pricing

While a launch offer is running, the discount and its end date are shown on the site and applied automatically at checkout. Launch pricing applies only to the tiers named in the offer, ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the end date shown or when the stated number of spots is claimed, whichever comes first, and can't be combined with other codes. After it ends, the regular price shown on the site applies. Buyers who purchased at launch pricing keep their price and their access.

Free calls

The free call is a short conversation about where you are and whether a tier fits. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and you are never required to buy anything on or after the call. You can buy without a call at any time.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your call and the course, including automated reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Premium coaching

Premium includes the coaching calls described on the site at the time you buy. We schedule them with you directly. If you need to move a call, let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we will find a new time.

Your account and your access

Your access is personal to you. Do not share your login, and do not copy, download, redistribute, resell or publish any part of the course. All course content, video, text and branding remains our property or that of our licensors.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if course material is shared or resold, if payment is reversed, or if the platform is used unlawfully or abusively.

Availability

We aim to keep the course available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be updated, improved or reorganized over time.

Third parties

This site links to third-party services including Kajabi and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and the course are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or the course is limited to the amount you actually paid us.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the date shown above.
