These terms apply when you use sixfigurebarber.academy or enrol in Six Figure Barber Academy. The Academy is operated by Top Tier Hair Studio LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Six Figure Barber Academy is a self-paced online video course for working and aspiring barbers. Courses are sold in tiers. What each tier includes is described at the point of purchase.

The course is delivered through our platform at learn.sixfigurebarber.academy. You will need an account there and an internet connection to access it.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Kajabi, our course platform. Prices are shown in US dollars. Access is granted as soon as payment completes.

Refunds

Every tier carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

Results are not guaranteed

The Academy teaches methods that have worked for us. It is education, not a guarantee of income. Nothing on this site or in the course is a promise that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all.

The Six-Figure Calculator on our homepage is an illustration based on numbers you enter yourself. It is a maths tool, not a projection of your earnings. Any student results shown are individual experiences and are not typical. What you achieve depends on your own effort, skill, market and circumstances, most of which are outside our control.

Your account and your access

Your access is personal to you. Do not share your login, and do not copy, download, redistribute, resell or publish any part of the course. All course content, video, text and branding remains our property or that of our licensors.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if course material is shared or resold, if payment is reversed, or if the platform is used unlawfully or abusively.

Availability

We aim to keep the course available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be updated, improved or reorganised over time.

Third parties

This site links to third-party services including Kajabi and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and the course are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or the course is limited to the amount you actually paid us.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the date shown above.
